Working with the finest Tasmanian ingredients, we use a slow small batch distillation process before mellowing the spirit with the highest-grade activated charcoal. Impurities now removed, finally we blend with Cape Grim Water. The use of the world’s purest rainwater allows us to capture and share the distinctive character of Tasmania’s raw terroir.

The local cows in turn produce the tastiest milk for the family owned dairies to convert into the richest cream and some of the world’s greatest butter. The weight of this rich golden Autumn Butter is matched with fresh vanilla and our pot distilled vodka to create one of the most intriguing, full bodied taste experiences.
Our Autumn Butter vodka is an expression of place, the flavour and environment that surrounds our distillery location. It is handmade using a proprietary slow fat-wash process combining low heat, loads of local butter and whole vanilla pods, giving the resulting liquid a creamy, complex taste unlike any other flavoured vodka.

With our original pot distilled vodka at its heart, we start as nature intended with raw and unfiltered honey. But not simply any honey. Ligurian bee honey from the last remaining pure bred Ligurian bee sanctuary in the world on Kangaroo Island. Honey with just the right balance of sweetness and aromatic bush notes to provide the perfect backdrop for our other distinctive element, Lemon Myrtle leaf. Traditionally used by indigenous Australians, this native leaf contains the world’s strongest and purest source of natural citral oil. The natural leaf infusion provides a refreshing twist with its strong lemon hit and delicate touches of eucalyptus.

The dedication and skill that crafting quality coffee demands is legendary. Leading specialty coffee producer St. ALi was the ideal partner to help us develop a blend of beans tailored to the natural character of our vodka.
With St. ALi’s globally renowned Head of Coffee, Matt Perger, we combined our passion for vodka with their passion for coffee. Together we refined our own version of the Aeropress technique using reduced temperatures to control the coffee extraction and stabilise the flavour.
The coffee is fast extracted at low temperature directly into our vodka using a proprietary process that allows us to gently fine-tune the flavours.
The native Wattleseed infusion adds deep earthy tones to create a uniquely Australian coffee vodka.
